Apple Fest Auction Announced

As you are pointedly aware due to the pandemic, our annual Apple Fest is cancelled.  However, we are going forward with a fundraiser that will aid us for our 2021 municipal campaign.  We have designed an online auction that can also benefit our local businesses.  Bidding can be done through a free app that can be easily downloaded to your phone or computer.    

Our auction will run from 7:00AM on October 20th to 9:00PM on November 1st.  Bidding will be open 24-7, and feature items donated by area businesses and South Windsor residents – hopefully including many DTC members.  Everyone who donates will have their name listed next to the item (unless they would rather be anonymous), while businesses will also get their logo/business card included on the auction site. 

So…what might YOU add to this auction?  Several members could put together a themed basket; offer a service (raking leaves; spreading mulch, providing a homemade meal, etc…);     an item you are willing to purchase/donate – for example, gift certificate to a restaurant (several folks can go in on this!), sports tickets or memorabilia, art objects, jewelry, vacation property, liquor, tools, holiday centerpiece, & sports lessons.  All items will be appreciated.
